• To enter, content must be published on TikTok using #DeepNoteChallenge and should tag the official THX TikTok account (username: thxltd.).    
• Content must be new and original; content from past Deep Note Challenge sweepstakes will not be eligible.    
• One entry per social media account    

• Do not include overt sexual or violent imagery or inappropriate language (keep your entries PG-13)   
• Entries that defame, misrepresent or disparage THX Ltd. will not be accepted. 
• Entry must be 60 seconds or less.               
•  Participants must be 18 years or older.    
• Participants must have a United States shipping address to receive prizes. 

• Each entry TikTok account must be public, so your entry can be viewed.         
• THX Ltd. reserves the right to monitor and will screen entries prior to approval for submission. Have your homemade Deep Note trailer posted and tagged with #DeepNoteChallenge2022 by Monday, Sept 5, 2022, on TikTok, where we’ll select and contact the winners, so have your DMs open.
