HOW TO ENTER

The Entry Period for the Sweepstakes begins on or about 10:00 AM PT on Friday, January 4, 2013 (“Start Date”) and ends at 10:00 AM PT on Friday, January 25, 2013 (“End Date”). Participants must “Like” any of the participating Facebook Fan Pages (THX Ltd., Epson America, Inc. at facebook.com/EpsonAmerica, Klipsch Group Inc. or Onkyo Corporation) and complete the Entry Form accessible through the Sweepstakes tab to be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win any one of the prizes. Limit one (1) entry per person per participating partner page (4 entries in total). Entries that do not comply with these official rules (“Official Rules”) in all respects are ineligible and void. All dates are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of THX Ltd. (“Sponsor”). False, deceptive or incomplete entries provided by Entrant shall render the entry ineligible.

ELIGIBILITY

Participation in the Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Samoa, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and any other U.S. territories and protectorates) who are the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry and have internet access. Employees of THX Ltd. or its affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers and partners, and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible. Only one (1) entry per person for each partner (4 entries in total) will be accepted. If an Entrant submits multiple entries per partner, the earliest will be accepted and others will be discarded. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Participants are eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize in the Sweepstakes (e.g., if a participant is selected as a Winner of Prize 1, such participant is not eligible to win Prize 2 or Prize 3).

THE FOLLOWING PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED

Drawing 1: The Winner will be awarded one (1) THX Certified Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 computer speaker system, worth a total approximate value of two hundred dollars ($200) (“Prize 1”).
Drawing 2: The Winner will be awarded one (1) THX Certified Onkyo TX-NR818 7.1 AVR, worth a total approximate value of one thousand dollars ($1,000) (“Prize 2”).
Drawing 3: The Winner will be awarded one (1) THX Certified Epson PowerLite Pro Cinema 6020UB projector with one replacement lamp and one ceiling mount, worth a total approximate value of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500) (“Prize 3”).

The value of the prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the approximate retail value thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the stated approximate retail value of the prize is more than the actual fair market value of that prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Winner is responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any other costs and expenses not listed above. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. Winner may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. As a condition to receiving the prize, all Entrants may be asked to sign documentation requested by Sponsor, including, without limitation an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, show proof of
residency and valid identification immediately upon being chosen. If any document is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if Sponsor does not receive a response from a Selected Entrant within three (3) business days of attempted notification, or the Selected Entrant declines the prize or fails to meet Sponsor requirements, such Selected Entrant may be disqualified and the prize will either be forfeited or awarded to an alternate eligible Entrant at the discretion of the sponsor. NOTIFICATION

Sponsor shall notify winner by email within three (3) business days after selection. All potential winners must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Prize Acceptance Form, including tax reporting information, within five (5) days of notification. If after a reasonable number of attempts contact has not been made, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner fails to return the required documents in a timely manner, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining entries. In case of a dispute related to the identity of an entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the username which made the entry. The “authorized account holder” is that person or entity who is assigned the username. Potential winners may be required to provide credible evidence to prove that the potential winner is an “authorized account holder” of the account associated with the winning entry.

FULFILLMENT

The prizes will be delivered 6-8 weeks after Sponsor’s receipt of all required documents from the Winner.

LIMITATIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to clarify or correct any typographical, printing, computer programming, calculation, or operating errors associated with the Sweepstakes at any time, including during the Sweepstakes Period. TIMING:

Round 1:
The entry period of the “Where in the World is Tex?” contest (the “Contest”) begins on or about 11 AM PT on Monday, April 23, 2012 and ends at 7 PM PT on May 13, 2012 (the “Entry Period Round 1”).

Round 2:
The selection period of the Contest begins on or about 11 AM PT on May 14, 2012 and ends at 4 PM PT on May 14, 2012 (the “Selection Period Round 2”).

Round 3:
The voting period of the Contest begins on or about 5 PM PT on May 14, 2012 and ends at 4 PM PT on May 25, 2012 (the “Voting Period Round 3”).

Winners Announced:
All winners will be announced online at THX’s website at www.thx.com and THX’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/thxltd on or about 5PM PT on May 25, 2012.

HOW TO ENTER:

ENTRY PERIOD ROUND 1 – April 23, 2012 through May 13, 2012
During the Entry Period Round 1, participants are invited to submit photos for the following Categories:

1. Category 1: A photo that contains an instance, or instances of the THX “Tex” Doll inside any THX Certified Cinema of their choice.
2. Category 2: A photo that contains an instance, or instances of the THX “Tex” Doll in front of any THX Certified Cinema of their choice.
3. Category 3: A photo that contains an instance, or instances of the THX “Tex” Doll near a recognizable landmark in a city that contains one or more THX Certified Cinemas.

In order to qualify, all photos must be posted to the “Where in the World is Tex?” Photo Contest App, found on the THX Facebook Page. All Photos must contain a descriptive caption with the name and location of the cinema for Categories 1 and 2, or for Category 3, the city and the country where the photo was taken.

* There is no limit to how many photos an individual participant may submit for each Category.
*Image Requirements: All photos must include a clear instance of the THX Tex Doll to qualify.
*Images deemed to be illegal or obscene, defamatory or offensive to a general audience or to THX, or the THX brand will be disqualified and removed, at the sole discretion of THX.

FINALISTS:

SELECTION PERIOD ROUND 2 – May 14, 2012
During the Selection Period Round 2, five (5) finalists will be selected for each submission Category by Sponsor in its sole discretion based on a combination of the following criteria: 1) uniqueness, 2) creativity, 3) clarity, 4) placement of THX Tex Doll in relation to THX Certified Cinema’s signage and/or recognizable landmark.

*All photos must meet the minimum requirements to be considered during the selection period.

Once the five (5) finalists are selected for each Category, those finalists will be posted to the “Where in the World is Tex?” Photo Contest App, found on the THX Facebook Page. Finalists will be posted on or about 5pm on May 14, 2012.

FAN VOTES:

VOTING PERIOD ROUND 3 – May 14-25, 2012
During the Voting Period Round 3, fans are invited to vote on their favorite finalist photos for each Category.

HOW TO WIN:

The photo that receives the most votes in each Category will win the prize for that Category. In the event of a tie, Sponsor reserves the right to select a winner based on a combination of the following tie-breaking criteria: 1) uniqueness, 2) creativity, 3) clarity, 4) placement of THX Tex Doll in relation to THX Certified Cinema’s signage and/or recognizable landmark.

THE FOLLOWING PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED:

• Category 1:
  The winner will receive a fifty US dollar (USD $50) Gift Certificate to a THX Certified Cinema of their choice. The winner will also receive one (1) THX “Gift Bag,” containing one (1) THX Hat, one (1) THX Messenger Bag, one (1) THX Vintage T-shirt, and one (1) THX Water Bottle, worth an approximate total value of one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
• Category 2:
  The winner will receive a one hundred US dollar (USD $100) Gift Certificate to a THX Certified Cinema of their choice. The winner will also receive one (1) THX “Gift Bag,” containing one (1) copy of the Star Wars: The Complete Saga Blu-ray Box Set, one (1)THX Hat, one (1) THX Messenger Bag, one (1) THX Vintage T-shirt, and one (1) THX Water Bottle, worth an approximate total value of one hundred US dollars (USD $200).
• Category 3:
  The winner will receive two (2) movie tickets to a THX Certified Cinema of their choice, every month for one (1) year, worth an approximate total value of four hundred US dollars (USD $400). The winner will also receive two (2) THX “Gift Bags,” each containing one (1) THX Baseball Hat, one (1) THX Messenger Bag, one (1) THX Vintage T-shirt, and one (1) THX Water Bottle, worth an approximate total value of one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

ELIGIBILITY:

Participation in the Contest is open to legal residents of the following United States: California, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC and Wisconsin. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, Inc., and the parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and/or Facebook, Inc., from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, infringement of any intellectual property rights, or any other liability that may arise from their entry, acceptance and/or use of any prize or their participation in this Sweepstakes, or from any misuse or, malfunction of any prize awarded. NOTIFICATION

Sponsor shall notify winner by email within three (3) business days after selection. All potential winners must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Prize Acceptance Form, including tax reporting information, within five (5) days of notification. If after a reasonable number of attempts contact has not been made, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner fails to return the required documents in a timely manner, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining entries. In case of a dispute related to the identity of an entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the username which made the entry. The “authorized account holder” is that person or entity who is assigned the username. Potential winners may be required to provide credible evidence to prove that the potential winner is an “authorized account holder” of the account associated with the winning entry.

FULFILLMENT

The Grand Prize will be delivered 6-8 weeks after receipt by Sponsor of all required documents from the Winner.

LIMITATIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to clarify or correct any typographical, printing, computer programming, calculation, or operating errors associated with the Sweepstakes at any time, including during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or other conditions that impair the functioning of the Sweepstakes as intended by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and to select winner from eligible and salvageable entries received on or before the termination date. HOW TO ENTER

The Entry period for the Grand Prize drawing begins on or about 8:00:00 AM PST on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 (“Start Date”) and ends at 10:00:00 AM PST on Friday, December 9, 2011 (“End Date” and such continuous dates, the “THX Movie Ticket Sweepstakes”). Participants must “Like” the THX Ltd. Fan Page on Facebook and complete the contact form accessible through the THX Movie Ticket Sweepstakes tab to be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win the Grand Prize. Participants may also enter the THX Movie Ticket Sweepstakes by submitting an entry form through THX’s website at http://www.THX.com. Limit one entry per person. Entries that do not comply with these official rules (“Official Rules”) in all respects are ineligible and void. All dates are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of THX Ltd. (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY

Participation in the Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at time of entry and have internet access. Employees of THX Ltd., their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers and THX Partners (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same household of each) are not eligible.

RANDOM DRAWING:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at approximately 11:00 AM PST on December 9, 2011 among eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing shall be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a THX Certified Cinema is not within reasonable distance from the Winner’s place of residence, the Winner will be awarded one (1), one hundred dollar ($100) Gift Certificate to the closest non-THX Certified Cinema. The winner will also receive 2 THX Baseball hats and 2 THX Tex Squeeze Dolls, worth a total approximate value of thirty five dollars ($35).
